Delegate Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page ten, section two, line thirteen, immediately following the word “nebulization”, by replacing the comma with a semicolon, and deleting the remainder of subparagraph (D),

And

On page eleven, section two, line twenty-nine, by striking out the word “and”,

            And

            On page eleven, section two, line thirty-three, after the word “product” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semi-colon and two new subdivisions, designated subdivisions (8) and (9), to read as follows:

            “(8) Patients and caregivers can possess up to 2 ounces of dry flower and leaf cannabis; and

            (9) Patients and caregivers can have and possess up to three mature flowering plants and three cannabis seedlings, behind lock and key: Provided, That caregivers who provide flower and leaf cannabis to patients shall be subject to the same product testing requirements as commercially available medical cannabis pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.”
